Refund rules for the one-off purchase of Based on Genes.

Statutory and voluntary refunds

Statutory refund rights remain unaffected. Any additional refund is voluntary. No additional blanket refund guarantee is offered.

Effect of a refund

Full rescission revokes the associated online entitlement. Locally downloaded files cannot technically be erased remotely and may no longer be used after rescission. A partial refund does not automatically revoke the licence.

Refund request

A refund request may be sent with the order or transaction number to contactbasedongenes.com or through the buyer-support channel named on the Paddle receipt. The Paddle entity shown in Checkout is responsible as merchant of record for payment processing and refunds.
